Daniel Teater President of Live at Peace Ministries

Daniel Teater, President of Live at Peace Ministries holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Missouri Baptist University. Daniel draws on his and previous pastoral experience in coaching ministry leaders and consulting with churches to work through organizational and relational issues to promote healthy gospel-shaped culture. Daniel has more than fifteen years of preaching and teaching experience and is passionate about serving the church by equipping and training Gospel-centered counselors, pastors, and conciliators how to apply the gospel in broken relationships. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Missouri and has completed his certification as a Certified Christian Conciliator™ with the Institute for Christian Conciliation™, a division of Peacemaker® Ministries.

Joani Nester Director of Services

Joani Nester, Senior Staff Counselor, holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University. She has extensive experience as a former counselor, administrator, and board member of the Greater St. Louis Pregnancy Resource Centers. Joani has many years of professional counseling and conciliation experience working with conflicted marriages, families, and churches, as well as extensive experience serving individuals and teenagers experiencing a wide variety of struggles. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Missouri and is a Certified Christian Conciliator™ with the Institute for Christian Conciliation™, a division of Peacemaker® Ministries. Craig Diestlekamp Senior Staff Counselor

Craig Diestelkamp, Senior Staff Counselor, holds a Master of Arts in Theology and a Master of Arts in Counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary. Craig draws on his 25 years of pastoral experience in working with individuals, couples and families facing relational conflict and experiencing personal brokenness. His experience in pastoral counseling and conflict resolution provides the foundation for ongoing group, individual, and organizational counseling, conciliation, and consulting services. Kim Marshall Staff Counselor

Kim Marshall, Staff Counselor, holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Music Education from Point Loma Nazarene University. She draws on her experience in education, social work and as a pastor’s wife and ministry leader in the church for over 15 years. She has extensive experience walking alongside families, couples, parents, single adults, teens and children. Her particular interests are in parenting, communication, family and relational issues, life transitions, conflict resolution and in working with wives of pastors and ministry leaders. Eugene Fahrenkrog holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington University and has practiced law for more than 35 years. Gene received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and began his law career in the office of the St. Louis County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. He was a founding partner in the prestigious law firm of Walther/Glenn Law Associates specializing in medical negligence litigation. Gene is a Certified Christian Conciliator™ with the Institute for Christian Conciliation™, a division of Peacemaker® Ministries and has special training in alternative dispute resolution, including Mediator Training (USA&M), Mediation Training for Civil Cases (UMC School of Law), Family, Divorce and Civil Mediation Training (St. Louis University School of Law), Intervening in Church Conflict (Peacemaker Ministries), and Reconciling Marital Conflict (Peacemaker Ministries). Gene’s leadership experience as president for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (1983) and president of the National Christian Legal Society (2004-2006) enhance his passion for serving families, churches and organizations in conflict prevention through peacemaking practices.
Ed Harris, has over 30 years of financial, operational and general management experience in companies across diverse industries. He was the Sr. Vice President and CFO of Aviall, a large manufacturing and distribution company in Dallas and later served as Division President of their distribution business. He has also served as President of Cambridge Engineering, a St. Louis based manufacturing company. Ed has a passion for the local church and has served as a lay counselor, teacher, mission director and Elder Chairman in his local church. He is passionate about effective leadership and a gospel centered culture in the church. Ed has more recently served as the Executive Director of First Free Evangelical Church of St. Louis and is licensed in the EFCA denomination.
Tim Sturr
Tim Sturr earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from James Madison University and holds a Master's Degree from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Tim is Wells Fargo Advisors' Managing Director of Planning. Prior to overseeing Planning, Tim was Sr. Vice President of Strategy for WFA. Tim joined Wells Fargo Advisors from Capital One Financial where He served in many financially and strategically oriented roles during his tenure at Capital One including Chief Financial Officer of the company's Up-market Credit Card Division, Chief Financial Officer of the Subprime Credit Card Division, and VP of Global Planning. Prior to joining Capital One, he was a buy-side high yield investment analyst with Ohio Casualty Insurance Company. Tim serves on the National Entrepreneurship Council at Washington University and is an active member of his local church serving as a leader within a Marriage Rebuilders ministry.
